Website information

We aim to keep apartment descriptions, availability and pricing accurate. Images may include concept artwork where final photography is not yet published. Dimensions, layouts and facilities shown in confirmed booking information take precedence over general website copy.

Booking requests

Submitting dates through the website creates a booking request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when Astraea House issues written confirmation and any required deposit has been received.

Prices and minimum stays

Nightly prices and minimum-stay rules can vary by apartment and date. The price confirmed during the booking process is the price that applies to that reservation.

Deposits and balances

The deposit, balance schedule, cancellation rules and any security arrangements are shown before payment and recorded in the booking confirmation. Guests should review these carefully before paying.

Availability

Availability is checked again before confirmation. Astraea House may refuse or amend a request where dates overlap, occupancy is unsuitable, the apartment is unavailable or the request cannot be fulfilled safely or lawfully.

Intellectual property

The Astraea House name, logo, original artwork, written copy and site design may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Win a Dream Stay entries are governed by the competition terms shown on the competition page. Referral rewards do not affect judging.
