Your entry and privacy.

Information collected

Name, contact details, eligibility confirmations, chosen apartment, guest count, written submission, optional upload, referral attribution, terms acceptance and optional marketing consent. For Stay Credit entries we also record the Entry Pass reference and the linked Commerce order and voucher references.

Separate payment and entry records

The £25 payment and Stay Credit voucher are administered by Astraea Commerce. The competition service receives the minimum eligibility data needed to verify and consume the complimentary Entry Pass. It does not need the voucher code, card details or a separate competition payment.

Purpose

Administering and judging the competition, verifying the qualifying Stay Credit entitlement, detecting duplicate or fraudulent entries, contacting entrants, handling refund or chargeback eligibility review, and fulfilling the prize or referral reward.

Marketing

Marketing consent is optional and stored separately. It does not affect the Stay Credit, entry eligibility or judging.

Retention

Unsuccessful entries are planned to be retained for 12 months after winner selection. Financial, voucher, consent and audit records may be retained separately where required.

Uploads

Mood-board files are stored privately and are available only to authorised administrators and judges.
