Information collected

Name, contact details, eligibility confirmations, chosen apartment, guest count, written submission, optional upload, payment reference, referral attribution, terms acceptance and optional marketing consent.

Purpose

Administering and judging the competition, processing payments and refunds, detecting duplicate/fraudulent entries, contacting entrants and fulfilling the prize or referral reward.

Marketing

Marketing consent is optional and stored separately. It does not affect entry or judging.

Retention

Unsuccessful entries are planned to be retained for 12 months after winner selection. Financial and audit records may be retained separately where required.

Uploads

Mood-board files are stored privately and are available only to authorised administrators and judges.
