Qualifying £25 Astraea Stay Credit

During the qualifying purchase period, the named holder of a genuine £25 Astraea Stay Credit purchased through the designated product receives one complimentary personal Dream Stay Entry Pass. The customer pays £25 for £25 of purchased Stay Credit. The competition entry price is £0. The Stay Credit remains available under its voucher terms whether or not the holder submits an entry or wins, and submitting an entry does not redeem or reduce it.

Entry

One completed entry per person/email. UK residents aged 18 or over. A valid, unused Entry Pass is required. The pass is personal to the named Stay Credit holder, may be used once, and cannot be sold or transferred separately. Entry submission opens 01/08/2026 09:00 and closes 01/10/2026 17:00, UK time, unless the published terms are lawfully amended.

Competition structure

This is a judged creative skill competition. Entrants must submit 300–600 words and may upload one optional mood board. The winner is selected using the published judging criteria, not at random.

Refunds, reversals and chargebacks

If the qualifying Stay Credit purchase is fully or partly refunded, reversed or charged back before an entry is submitted, the unused Entry Pass may be revoked. Where an entry has already been submitted, it is placed into administrative eligibility review rather than silently deleted. The final decision follows these terms, the reason for the reversal and applicable law. The underlying voucher balance and any refund are handled under the Stay Credit and customer-payment records.

Prize

Five nights at Astraea House for up to 10 guests, subject to apartment capacity and availability, plus selected local restaurant meals and activities from the winning plan, up to a total retail value of £5000 including accommodation. Travel, alcohol, spending money and cash alternatives are excluded. Unused value is forfeited.

Judging

Astraea House judging panel with one demonstrably independent judge. Tie-break: Highest originality score, then the independent judge's final decision.

Referral reward

If a valid entrant uses another eligible entrant’s first valid referral link and then wins, the referrer receives the published referral reward. Self-referrals and duplicate identities are invalid. Referrals never affect judging.

Operational controls

The promoter may close qualifying Stay Credit purchases separately from entry submission. A published closing time or an explicit administrative closure controls the route; there is no fixed global entry cap in the software. Pass issuance, reservation, consumption, refund review and admin decisions are retained in an audit history.
